I’ve never been very successful when making hamburgers at home. But I recently stumbled in a recipe in a cookbook my mom gave me that lead me to making a fantastic hamburger that is the easiest homemade hamburger I have ever made!
Here is a link to the cookbook The Four Ingredient Cookbooks
- 1lb Ground Turkey
- 1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers
- Seasonings (optional)
- 1. Preheat oven to 325F
- 2. In a medium bowl crush crackers and add the ground Turkey and mix well. Now it the time to add in your seasonings if you are using any
- 3. Form the mixture into serving size patties and brown them in a skillet. About 2 minutes on each side.
- 4. Put the browned patties on prepared pan and put in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature is 165 Fahrenheit. Serve however you like to have your hamburgers.
- Seasonings! I used Garlic Salt, Lemon Pepper, and Italian Seasoning. But I have also made this recipe without any seasonings and it is still amazing.
